Feinberg & Kamholtz

Matthew Kamholtz is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on criminal law, juvenile law, and civil litigation. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1974, and Boston University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Kamholtz served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Jack Grant Day, of the Court of Appeals of Ohio, in Cleveland, from 1982 to 1984. He is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been actively engaged in the defense of criminal cases since 1985, and has won many acquittals and reversals on appeal for charges ranging from simple misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. He has lectured and conducted seminars on many aspects of criminal defense. Mr. Kamholtz is deeply committed to providing quality representation to indigent defendants charged with serious offenses, and accepts appointments in federal court and in state court on indictments charging murder.
